We’ve got a nice mix of classes Belly Dance, Aerial Yoga, Yoga Wheel, Jazz Dance, Chinese Classical Dance, Basic Yoga, and Reformer Pilates. Whether you want to move, stretch, or just de-stress after work, got something for everyone.

We’re at 151 Chin Swee Road, Manhattan House #09, right in central Singapore. Super convenient , near public transport and parking’s available too.

Depends on which class you join. You can start with a trial session , very affordable , or get a class package for better value. Just check our Class Pricing page or message us on WhatsApp for details.

🌿Are the classes beginner-friendly?

Yes, totally! Most of our yoga and dance classes are open to first-timers. Instructors explain everything clearly and guide step by step, so no need to worry if you’ve never tried before.


🌿Is Reformer Pilates hard for beginners?

No lah , Reformer Pilates looks tough, but actually quite gentle once you get used to it. It focuses on core, control and breathing, not rushing. You’ll feel stronger and more balanced with every class.


🌿What are the benefits of Belly Dance?

Besides being super fun, Belly Dance helps tone your core, improve flexibility, and boost confidence. It’s a great way to stay fit while enjoying the music and movement.

If you just wanna relax , try Basic Yoga.
If you want to tone and strengthen , go for Reformer Pilates or Aerial Yoga.
