MASTER BHARAT
Being born and brought up in a family with Spiritual inclination, at a very young age he was exposed to the world of Yoga and spirituality and was made familiar with it. Most of his early memories are of spending his vacations in Ashrams getting acquainted with yoga philosophy and spiritual practices. During his teenage days, Bharat started his stint with yoga and went ahead with getting a Masters Diploma in Yogic science. He is a Mechanical Engineer by educational qualification and have worked in Automobile industry for 4 years. He has started research on Yoga Sutras.
Bharat was trained under Yogi Chetan Mahesh for Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga. Yogacharya Santosh Kumar and Kate Mandalik from You Vidya Gurukul gave him an insight on pre-natal yoga. Through self-practice, he developed a keen interest in exploring the deeper layers of Yoga philosophy which led him to the Yoga Philosophy master, Yogi Benu Ji (Bihar school of Yoga) with whom he has been training since then. And Also Yoga Sutras from Dr.Praveena Shetty ( Ph.D in Yoga Sutras). Apart from the Yoga philosophy and Pranayama, Bharat also mentors’ people on Yoga therapy, Mantra chanting, and Meditation. With his multidimensional and flexible approach towards yoga, he helps every student in getting well acquainted with the deeper nuances of yoga.
Experience: 7000 hours of Teaching experience. Bharat is the best example of how your childhood learning defines your inclination and purpose in life. Due to the strong influence of the spiritual upbringing, Bharat has carved a successful career for himself with over seven years of experience in Yoga Teacher Training.

Master Deep
Born and brought up in the city of Pune (India) renowned to be the city of knowledge and education, Master Deep began his journey in the field of yoga 15 years ago. Over a decade he has gained tremendous knowledge of how practicing yoga can heal your body, mind and soul and has shared this knowledge with innumerable students through his sessions at The Indian School of Yoga. He has completed his diploma in yogic science from the same institute followed an MSc that upgraded his skills to a higher level. Learning and teaching for him is a never-ending process, he later completed his master’s (MSc) in yoga from SVYASA, Bangalore, India, (internationally recognised university) and has participated and won prizes at various competitions. Master Deep whole heartedly believes that yog practice is not the part of life but the way of life and aims to change people's life for good and healthy living through teaching and preaching yoga through his sessions.
Experience: Master Deep has experience in teaching for 10 years. He taught yoga TTC’s in different countries. He is a professional yoga therapist and has helped many of his students to get recovery from their ailments.

SOPHIA
Sophia Meng born in China is a humbled Singaporean citizen. She is a trained dancer. and has graduated from Tian Jin sport university of Dance. Sophia shares a strong passion for dancing and yoga. after her graduation she started to learn yoga as she found yoga renewed her spirit for life, she started to focus on yoga practice since 2006. she completed her first yoga instructor course in 2007 in Beijing, after which she moved to Singapore to study further meanwhile continuing to practise and teach yoga simultaneously ..till year of 2021 ..then she decided to take RYT 500 from motherland of yog, India. she found the best yoga master (Mater Sri Nath) and completed her another level. Along with a very strong passion for yoga she has immense knowledge about it that she shares Whole heartedly with all her students. Sophia believes that Yoga is a wonderful opportunity to develop wholesome qualities that can be skilfully applied to make positive changes in our lives and in the world. This happens when we challenge ourselves on every level in order to realize our full potential – on and off the mat. With more than 10 years of experience in teaching, Sophia offers simple, direct and effective Yoga instructions and stands out from other teachers through her no-frills approach to Yoga. Carol Li was born in China, when she was 10 years old, her family immigrated to Singapore. Being educated in Singapore since primary school, she fell in love with this land and its beauty and settled here. her passion for yoga began at age of 10. She believes that in this busy city life yoga is the crying need of the year for not only healthy body, but also for peace of mind it can rejuvenate you every day.
After 3 childbirth Carol found comfort and got back to her health and strength by aerial yoga that's when she decided to dedicate her time in this field and help people through yoga. aerial yoga can help you to build strength in the lower back, lower back muscles. In this way, aerial yoga fundamentally helps your body. For this novel cause Carol gave up her original job and devoted herself to yoga full-time, concentrating on research, hoping to help more people and specially mothers who have reduced lower body strength and pain after childbirth. She spent 7 years in learning and doing research in aerial yoga practice and gained her expertise Her sessions have relieved lot of people from chronic pains and aches, her Pregnancy yoga sessions have helped many pregnant women to achieve zero separation of the rectus abdominis. The combination of ground yoga, Pilates and aerial yoga has helped many students to recuperate their bodies. At the same time, lose weight, eliminate fat and achieve a leaner and healthier body, mind and soul.
